Our Mission:
The MWC was founded on the belief that everyone has a story to tell.
Our mission is to help writers of all ages and abilities to tell that story.
To that end, we provide courses for the established as well as the
beginning writer and serve as a supportive community for all writers.
Michiana women...
Do you have a story to tell and
don't know where to begin?
Michiana Monologues can help you find your voice.
sponsored by IUSB V-Club (Voices Against Violence), Michiana Monologues
offers free workshops for women, culminating in a production that features
locally written monologues recounting the personal experiences of Michiana
women. It is directed and produced by local women, and in conjunction with
a Silent Auction each night of the performance raises much needed funds
for local organizations that help women in crisis.
